Woodworking I introduces participants to the techniques, terms, and tools used in basic frame building. Participants will make a wood frame using tools specific to the project such as a miter box, measuring equipment and saws. The completed project will be a frame covered with a canvas. Beginning upholstery techniques will be instructed for the canvas portion of the project. Woodworking I is scheduled for Saturday, April 22, 2017 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. The cost of the class is $35.00 for non-members and $25.00 for members. Advance registration is required.
