Garland County authorities have issued arrest warrants for 36-year-old Andrea Davis and her brother - Matthew Davis - in the shooting death of Maxwell Anderson outside Andrea Davis' home in February 2012.

Pulaski Technical College is raising tuition fees after losing a millage tax election by a wide margin earlier in March. Students can expect the cost of attendance to rise by nearly 13 percent.
The college’s president, Margaret Ellibee, said without local millage, sales or property tax collections she is concerned about the capacity for growth.
“We're worried when our budget has not grown and will not grow in the futur. We took a 20 percent budget cut last year and this general fee that was implemented will get us right back to about even,” said Ellibee.
Arkansas Attorney General Dustin McDaniel says it's not appropriate for the state to join a Missouri lawsuit that challenges California restrictions on egg production, but he supports the border state's efforts.
McDaniel said Tuesday that California rules that ban importation of eggs from hens kept in cages smaller than a certain size don't impact Arkansas producers because they already meet the guidelines. But McDaniel says he supports the Missouri lawsuit because one state should not be able to cause harm to another state's agriculture production.
Members of the Arkansas and Oklahoma congressional delegations have announced support for the so-called "Three Rivers Study" of the area at the confluence of the Arkansas, Mississippi, and White Rivers.
The area is the starting point of the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System, which runs through both states.
The study would investigate ongoing threats to navigation and bottomland hardwoods at the confluence of the rivers in southeastern Arkansas.
