Language Approved For Three Arkansas Ballot Measures

The Arkansas Secretary of State's office says it has cleared the way for three proposed constitutional amendments to appear on this year's ballot, despite questions about who is in charge of preparing the ballot measure language.

The measures must be published in May to appear on the ballot.
