The Arkansas Natural Resources Commission is scheduling a series of public meetings throughout the month of June that will allow Arkansans to ask questions and make comments on updating the Arkansas Water Plan.
Edward Swaim with the Commission says the plan is about identifying what the state's water resources are, what the water needs are, and where programs or policies need to be implemented to best manage water resources.
Swaim says this is the second of four rounds of public meetings.
