Former President Bill Clinton is scheduled to headline the 149th annual meeting of the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce next month.

Clinton is due to speak Dec. 4 at the Statehouse Convention Center in downtown Little Rock. Clinton's speech comes shortly after the 10th anniversary of the opening of his presidential library in Little Rock.

Clinton also spoke at the chamber's annual meeting in 2004, shortly after the library opened. Since then, more than 3 million visitors from across the world have visited the Clinton Presidential Center. The chamber says the center has attracted more than $2.5 billion in investment to the Little Rock community since then.
