The fixed base operator at Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport in Little Rock have announced plans for a new terminal as part of an $11 million expansion project at the airport.

TAC Air said Monday in a news release that the new executive terminal will include a conference room, pilot lounge, flight-planning area, passenger waiting, theater room, outdoor patio and pilot rest areas.

The new facility will be located next to the north terminal at the airport, which will be demolished after construction is completed to make room for additional hangar space.

TAC Air came to the Little Rock airport in August 2014 when it purchased fixed-base operator Supermarine's assets. TAC Air then acquired Central Flying Service at the airport on Feb. 1.
