UALR & UCA Ink Deal For Five Year Men's Basketball Series

The University of Central Arkansas and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock have reached an agreement to play each other in men's basketball in each of the next five seasons.

The schools announced the agreement Wednesday.

The teams will play each other at Little Rock during the 2014-2015 season, then twice a year in Conway and Little Rock over the next four seasons.

The Bears and Trojans last met in men's basketball during the 2002-2003 season, when Central Arkansas was still a Division II school. The teams met three consecutive years from 2000 to 2003, with Arkansas-Little Rock winning all three matchups. Central Arkansas leads the overall series 32-8.
