Corigliano, Beethoven and Blue Jeans

The Arkansas Symphony Orchestra's third performance in its 2014-2015 Stella Boyle Masterworks Concert Series includes works by John Corigliano and Beethoven.

ASO Associate Conductor Geoffrey Robson takes us through the program the symphony will perform Saturday, November 8 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, November 9 at 3:00 p.m.

Verdi's Requiem

The Arkansas Symphony Orchestra will perform Verdi's Requiem Saturday, March 1 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, March 2 at 3 p.m. at Robinson Center Music Hall in Little Rock. The performance will include a 400 voice double choir and four vocal soloists. This At the Symphony focuses on Giuseppe Verdi's great work.

Bohemian Rhapsody: Brahms and Dvorak

Geoffrey Robson explores Brahms' Piano Concerto No. 2 in B Flat, Op. 83; Dvorak's Slavonic Dances, Op. 46/72; and, Dvorak's Scherzo capriccioso, Op. 66.

These works will be performed at the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra's Masterworks concerts Saturday, January 25 at 8 p.m., and Sunday, January 26 at 3 p.m.
